五 | 昨天18时，中央气象台继续发布台风橙色预警：今年第18号台风“沙德尔”（强台风级）的中心25日下午5时位于浙闽交界偏东方向约920公里的西北太平洋洋面上，中心附近最大风力14级（45米/秒），中心最低气压为950百帕，七级风圈半径350~400公里，十级风圈半径120~150公里，十二级风圈半径50~60公里。预计“沙德尔”将以每小时15~20公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度变化不大，26日凌晨移入东海东部，之后移速减慢，转向西偏南方向移动，逐渐向浙闽沿海靠近，将于27日夜间至28日上午在浙江象山到福建福清一带沿海登陆（35~42米/秒，12~14级，台风级或强台风级）。浙江省气象台预计，受“沙德尔”影响，今天至27日，东海中南部海域风力逐渐增强到11~13级部分14~16级，台风中心经过的附近海域风力可达17级及以上；东海北部海域风力逐渐增强到11~13级；28日东海西南部海域有11~13级部分14~16级阵风。
六 | 浙中南沿海海面今天（26日）傍晚起风力逐渐增强到9~10级，27日至28日继续增强到12~13级局部14~16级；浙北沿海海面27日风力逐渐增强到9~13级。
七 | 27日至28日沿海和浙南地区有大到暴雨，部分大暴雨，其中温州、台州、丽水东部等地局地特大暴雨。出伏后高温消退27日至29日杭州有一次风雨过程杭州市气象台统计，今年三伏期间（7月15日至8月23日），杭州主城区平均气温30.5℃，比常年平均的29.6℃偏高0.9℃；累计出现25个高温天，比常年的21.1天偏多3.9天；最高气温39.7℃，出现在8月1日。这25个高温日大多集中在初伏到中伏。自进入末伏后，受到低涡切变及东风带系统影响，杭州的高温全面消退。出伏之后，在台风“压制”下，高温“躺平”。
